Simple Strategies to Maximize Communicating with Clients
You have practiced your craft for years and have expertise whether it be law, insurance, investments, financial planning, accounting or any other aspect of the estate planning process. Discussing deeply personal topics has deepened your sensitivity to difficult conversations.
This workshop will focus on simple, yet highly effective strategies that mental health professionals utilize to take these conversations to the “next level.”
How you “listen” impacts your “response” as well as the comfort level of your client. The vital counsel that you offer, embedded in active listening and more sensitive response, will allow your client to not only feel safer, but more comfortable and trusting of your expertise and develop a better rapport.
This workshop will help to fine tune your awareness of subtle yet powerful components of reflective listening and sensitive expression. These skills will increase your impact and effectiveness with your clients.
Come prepared to listen, briefly practice some new skills, pick up a “take home” sheet to further practice and hone your skills and to have fun.
