Join the EPCWC for breakfast, some good information and plenty of networking opportunities on Thursday, November 14th at 8AM.
PrePlan Funeral Trust is a pre-funded funeral trust administered by the NY State Funeral Directors Association (NYSFDA.) EPCWC members know that pre-paying funeral expenses can be an important tool in our clients’ estate plans but how much do you really know about the different options available?
Stop by The Bristal Assisted Living in Armonk for breakfast and a chance to hear Bill Flooks, a third generation Funeral Director, help us understand more about what matters most when helping our clients pre-pay their funeral costs. Bill will share key information and be available to answer any questions during our networking time.
While brochures will be available, no tours of The Bristal will be offered at our meeting.
There is no cost to attend, but we do ask that you RSVP so that there is enough food for everyone who drops by between 8AM and 9:30AM to hear about PrePlan Funeral Trust, a recipient of the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award. PrePlan’s services are currently offered by nearly 600 funeral homes across New York State.

Billy Flooks proudly joins his father, at the Beecher Flooks Funeral Home, as a New York State Licensed Funeral Director. Billy becomes the third generation of Funeral Directors in the Flooks’ Family. He was a 2003 graduate of Archbishop Stepinac High School in White Plains where he played football, hockey and lacrosse.
Upon graduation Bill attended Marist College in Poughkeepsie where he played football for the Red Foxes and graduated with a degree in Business Management in 2007. He then attended the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service and received a degree in Mortuary Science.
Billy was raised in White Plains and now lives in Pleasantville with his wife and three sons. He is a member of Holy Innocents Church.
