Space permitting, late registrations may be accommodated through 5pm Monday December 8th, 2025.  Note we make no warranty that late registration will be available for any event. Late registrations shall require both a Late Fee of $25 AND a refundable registration deposit of $25.  Registration deposits are refunded within three business days as long as the registrant attends the meeting.

If your plans change and you can no longer attend, please email [email protected]. Cancellations must be made by 5PM 7 calendar days prior to the date of the event.  Cancellations made after this point (and no shows) will not be issued back the $25 deposit.

Speaker Bio:

Lawrence founded Bogar LK Advisory Services. A member of Advisory Services network, LLC. He holds the following credentials: Accredited Estate Planner (AEP), Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) and Fellowship Life Underwriters Training Course (LUTCF).

Lawrence provides Comprehensive wealth management, Investment management and financial Planning services for individuals and families. He is a member of The Business Enterprise Institute and The Exit Planning Institute.  Lawrence designs and implements personal and Risk management programs. Knowing that many family-owned businesses fail to survive to the third generation, Lawrence also designs exit, continuation and succession planning for Small to midsize privately held businesses.

Previously, Lawrence was a senior wealth manager with the firm of Wunderlich Financial.  During his time at Wunderlich, Lawrence worked with business owning families by Creating a tailored plan for the eventual transition of the business. By bringing together and coordinating the contributions of the allied professionals (Legal, Tax Planning, Estate Planning, Risk Management, and Valuation) into a solid team effort for the client.

Lawrence's experience includes over 30 years of experience in financial services. An engineer by education, Lawrence applies a disciplined and systematic approach to coordinating all the client's financial affairs for the long-term success of the family.

A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Lawrence is an avid golfer. He also gives time to fundraising for several charitable organizations. A cancer survivor himself, the American Cancer society is a primary focus of Lawrences efforts along with the Societies for Diabetes and Disabilities.

Case Study Overview:

This interactive session will engage members in analyzing a complex estate planning case study featuring a high-net worth blended family. 

Attendees will break into small groups to evaluate and identify estate, tax and liquidity needs, propose planning strategies, and consider solutions for achieving financial security for the surviving spouse as well as fairness among children from prior marriages.

Emphasis will be placed on collaboration across disciplines including law, financial planning, accounting and art appraisal.
